Return policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from The Candles City. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, The Candles City is happy to extend an exchange/refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 10 business days of your delivery date. 

 

To Process A Return

Email natalia@thecandlescity.com with your reason for return and include your original order number and a photo (if possible), shipping address and contact information. One of our representatives will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number. All returns are subject to approval. 

 

To Process An Exchange

Email natalia@thecandlescity.com your original order number, shipping address and contact information along with the item number, color and scent you would like to exchange your item for. One of our representatives will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number to use for your return. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped out. 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
